CookSubs provides free ingredient substitutes, measurement conversion, and oven temperature conversion for educational and informational use. No account or sign-up is required, and there is no charge to use any page on this site.

Accuracy

Substitution ratios and conversions are based on standard, widely published reference sources, not original research. Even so, results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a dietary, medical, or other consequential decision -- if an ingredient matters for an allergy or health condition, verify it independently before relying on this site.
